USE CASE EXAMPLES:

The uses of the Temperature Sensors are numerous, including:

  • Activate secondary cooling unit on high temperature
  • Open doors on critical temperature
  • Shut down non-essential equipment on high temperature and restart when temperature is nominal

DX2-PIRThe Proximity and Motion Smart Sensor includes an infrared motion detector, an occupancy (proximity) sensor and a tamper detector all in a compact plug and play housing.

A Tamper Sensor alerts if the sensor is moved.

DX2-T1DP1The is a combination Temperature and Differential Air Pressure Sensor, that monitors and reports on two air pressures.

DX2-CC2The Contact Closure Sensor provides two inputs to detect the open-and-closed status of a pair of isolated contacts, such as a relay or switch3.

Inputs can be configured top have a Normal State as Normally Open or Normally Closed.

Inputs are connected easily using convenient screw terminals that are also removable.

DX2-PD2The Powered Dry Contact Smart Sensor provides 2 active dry contacts with switchable 12V low power output. It’s an actuator that detects and controls a signal to / from connected third-party dry contacts.

webcamThe Zella DC micro data centres support up to two USB webcams.

Once connected, you can retrieve visual information from anywhere through the micro data centre web interface4. If your webcam supports audio, audio is also available with the videos.

The webcams can be configured to take videos and snapshots.
