Zella DC - with you every step of the way

support-after-sales

I'm sure this has happened to you at some point in the past. A company spends time and money wooing you, and then the moment you're hooked, everything changes. No support, no onboarding, no after sales care. They take your money but as soon as the deal is done they disappear.

At Zella DC we care about our customers; we look after them every step of the way, from product selection to maintenance and beyond. Our installation and user manuals will answer most of your questions but in the unlikely event you have any issues, you will have easy access to our team at any time.

This is how we look after you, every step of the way.

Online site evaluation form

Your sales representative will ask you to fill in our online site evaluation form to learn more about your environment. Your answers will allow us to assess the location where you're planning to place your micro data centre(s) and to help you choose the best product for your situation.

Our sales representative will help you select the right model (indoor or outdoor), the right size (12U, 25U, 38U) and any appropriate optional features like fire protection, dual cooling, additional PDU, etc.

Easy ordering process

Once you've made your choice, you'll be able to easily order your complete solution online. When you submit your request, you will receive a confirmation email as well as an estimated delivery time. The manufacturing process will start as soon as the first instalment has been paid.

Now you can just sit and relax while we get your micro data centre ready for you!

Door to door delivery

When the manufacturing process is finalised, we will wrap, secure and crate your micro data centre before shipping it to your desired location.

As our products are compact and relatively small (the size of an average fridge) we can send them to any location of your choice, even to remote and hard to reach areas.

Easy Installation

Installation of Zella DC micro data centres is quick and easy and does not require specialist personnel. All you need to do is call your local electrician (to hard wire the mdc) and your trusted air conditioning technician (to commission the air conditioning unit). This can be done in a few hours.

The next step is for your IT technician to install your servers or any 19" rack mounted equipment you may need.

Each micro data centre comes complete with a usb stick containing terms and conditions, installation manual, user manual and maintenance inspection form. These documents are also available online by scanning the QR code you will find on your micro data centre.

24/7 Support

In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues, you will have access to a support form as well as a 24/7 helpline for emergencies.

Easy Maintenance

Unlike traditional server rooms, our Zella Pros only need a quick and easy once a year general inspection to monitor the following areas:

  • access control
  • cooling system
  • UPS and environment monitoring
  • fire protection (Pyrorack)

A complete inspection only takes around 2 hours and can be carried out by any member of your staff by following the provided step-by-step guide - no training needed!
