Our team will be in touch to discuss your project. We will ask you a few questions and go through a checklist to ensure project success.
When you give us the go-ahead we will send you a confirmation and an invoice for a deposit. Once we have received your deposit, we will get your new Zella Pro ready for shipment. Depending on stock, the lead times are typically between 2 and 6 weeks.
We will stay in touch with you to keep you updated and to ensure a smooth delivery. You will receive login details for our Support portal.
Before pick up, we will confirm dispatch date and contact details and to ensure you’ve got everything you need for installation day. The final invoice will be issued on pick up.

How do I know which model is best for me?
Zella Pro 12. Small, compact unit only 1 meter tall and very low noise so it can be stores next to a desk, in a reception area, meeting rooms and more. Great for small offices, retail, healthcare etc. Perfect for environments with low ceilings and hard to reach spaces.
Zella Pro 25. Ideal for SMEs, enterprise organisations and satellite offices. Fits through standard sized doors. Suitable for larger organisations that require additional data storage space. Perfect for hybrid set-ups.
Zella Pro 38. Ideal for larger organisations that require additional data storage space. Replaces large traditional on-premise server rooms. Extra processing power for larger IT infrastructures.
How do I make sure I have the right environment for a micro data centre?
When you select your preferred model, one of our team members will assist to understand your project’s scope. We will also ask you a few questions and go through a checklist to ensure you receive the right product and options for your environment.
Having said that, our micro data centres can be housed pretty much anywhere.

How do I install a Zella Pro?
Your Zella Pro will arrive is pre-programmed and pre-assembled. All you need is an electrician to connect it to mains power and an air conditioning technician to commission the cooling system. Then you’re ready to add your 19″ rack mounted IT infrastructure.
Is Zella Pro a replacement for a server room?
Yes. A Zella Pro has everything you need to look after your IT infrastructure and has many added benefits:
- it’s highly energy efficient
- it will be up and running in a few weeks
- it’s easy to relocate
- you won’t need to hire specialist personnel to plan and build a server room
